DIGITAL LOGGING DEVICES

The EarthTrack™ Digital Logging Device system is a versatile, low cost solution, which enables you to monitor and manage the performance and productivity of your fleet with minimal fuss. The system electronically records and stores up to 6 months of operating data for each machine. The data is then downloaded to a portable data collector or directly onto a personal computer (PC) using a preferred download option for further analysis.

The proprietary TimeMaster™ software presents and outputs the data in a variety of graphical and table formats allowing the operator to quickly assess key production and maintenance indicators. The data can then be used to make immediate operational changes or forwarded off site for further analysis.

PAYLOAD MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

The EarthTrack™ Payload Management systems has a range of products that consist of production monitoring tools designed to maximise the efficiency and productivity of your earthmoving fleet. The products are designed to increase productivity by utilising the payload data to increase production efficiency and to enable safer loading practices.

The remote payload system works by transmitting payload data between the truck and loader, allowing the loader operator to see the trucks weight to enable them to fill the optimal load onto the truck’s every time.

The payload management range of products consist of two (2) system options and two (2) support tool options:

External payload display (side loading operation only)

Remote payload display (for all applications)

Portable payload display

Remote payload diagnostics unit (for remote payload display systems)

COMLINK POSITIONER

The EarthTrack™ ComLink Positioner is a versatile satellite based monitoring system designed to allow the user to locate and capture data. The system utilises a GPS receiver and WEB based reporting software to report and locate equipment.

The positioner can also carry out limited control and monitoring functions allowing for efficient fleet management.

APPLICATIONS
The positioner can be used for a variety of applications from locating hire fleet equipment, to monitoring functions such as engine hours and fuel levels.
