Site Audits and Consultation Service: RCT is a industry pioneer in the field of control and automation technology, RCT can offer you expert advice on the best remote mining solution to suit your mining operations. RCT can perform site audits, such as, risk assessments and safety audits to ensure the safest and most productive approach is taken in the operation and maintenance of remote mining equipment at your mine.
Maintenance Service: RCT can provide a maintenance service for its Control Master® Remote Control systems and other proprietary products. When required, RCT can schedule a team to perform regular maintenance servicing of your equipment (usually every 8-12 weeks) to ensure the remote equipment you purchased remains in safe operating condition and up to RCT Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards.
Fleet Service: RCT can provide fleet servicing on a contract or permanent basis for all equipment installed with RCT OEM proprietary products, including Control Master®, Muirhead® , EarthTrack™, AusProTec™ and PowerLight™.
Skills Training: RCT offers skills training for safe operation, correct maintenance and repair procedures for all its Control Master® products. RCT can perform skills training for a small group or an entire workforce and can also provide on site training for customer convenience. Following the conclusion of each training course, participants who have successfully completed the course will receive training certificates as a recognition of their achievements.
National and International Distributor and Service Agent Network: RCT has a nationwide service network throughout Australia aimed at providing local support to customers using local people, who can be on call in the event of any emergencies. RCT is continually expanding it service network to ensure customers in isolated areas have access to local support.
